In keeping with their tradition of beautiful craftsmanship, Schickel Construction Co. completes all carpentry in-house, employing skilled carpenters whose focus includes: framing, cabinet and stairway installation, roofing, and trimming. Carpentry is never subcontracted.

Schickel Construction Co. has great respect for beautiful architecture and solid blueprints. And with over 200 houses built, Schickel Construction Co. has experience working with hundreds of clients and architects. The company has learned one important lesson: that successful projects require a true collaboration between the client, architect, and builder. That collaboration begins by respecting the architect's design work and the client's vision for their home.
