Bruno Schickel draws on over three decades of experience leading teams, working closely with clients to realize dream homes, and collaborating with talented architects. In 1996 Bruno and the crew at Schickel Construction Co. designed and built Boiceville Cottages, a rental community of 140 brightly-colored tiny houses in Brooktondale, New York. Bruno continues to manage the development. Schickel Construction Co. is building Bruno's second tiny house community, La Bourgade on Seneca. Located in Burdett, New York and surrounded award-winning wineries and distilleries, La Bourgade On Seneca will be home to 40 rental homes of approximately one thousand square feet. Currently nine are built and available for rent.
