LA BOURGADE ON SENECA

Residents are already moved into the Finger Lakes' newest tiny house community — La Bourgade On Seneca. Located on the east side of Seneca Lake in the town of Burdett — just eight minutes from Watkins Glen and nearby Hector — La Bourgade offers country comfort and modern amenities, including a free, 24/7 community and fitness center; personal brass mail boxes; washer/dryer; dishwasher; granite countertop; stainless steel kitchen appliances; stone patio; and ceiling fans. Plans are in the works for a 40-house community; currently the Schickel Construction team has completed nine cottages so far — all within an easy drive to award-winning wineries and distilleries, such as Atwater Vineyards, Damiani Winery, and Finger Lakes Distilling.
